How often should you whiten your teeth is really up to you and your habits. Depending on your enamel determines how often you’ll need to whiten your teeth as well as the foods that you’re eating and drinking. People who have stronger enamel don’t need to whiten their teeth as often as someone who doesn’t. The weaker your enamel gets the more prone your teeth are to yellowing and the more often you're going to need to get your teeth whitened.
Now generally speaking, most people should whiten their teeth every 6 months, but again if you’re someone who eats acidic foods or drinks staining beverages like coffee, red wine, tea’s & smokes or uses pharmaceutical drugs etc... you are probably going to need to get your teeth whitened more frequently than every 6 months. There are just way too many factors that can cause your teeth to yellow at a quicker rate. At the end of the day it’s all really down to the user and how often they feel comfortable whitening their teeth.
Also, it’s recommend to go for routine dental checkups as we only recommend whitening your teeth if you don’t have any dental issues.
